rs2233 could talk about his injury at work for over 4 hours: fractured skull, brain hemorrhage, two weeks unconscious in ER, two weeks in recovery center, followed by 2 months long recovery at home. Soon after he returned to office on August 13 his so called manager, Liam Frazier wrote in disparaging tone for a quarterly job review in October 2018?
“Raf did not do as much work as other employees during this period”. How about it?
Liam did not even spell employee name correctly. It’s worth mentioning here that rs2233 is the only employee that ever worked remotely on Nutanix servers in the data centers connected over VPN from the hospital bed in second half of May 2018! Check VPN logs and his Slack exchange with an engineer in Indian office who did not know that Rafael was in the hospital.
At the time of wrongful termination, rs2233 had over 25 years of Linux and open source software experience. Configuration and compiling Linux kernel, Apache server, RAID and other storage technologies, clusters, etc. That’s more than the rest of IT combined. Nobody can match his experience he gained with troubleshooting computer hardware using oscilloscope and repair PCBs on component level when Ronald Reagan was the president.
rs2233 was already working on computers when William R. Synnott, former senior vice president of the Bank of Boston, and William H. Gruber, a former professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management defined the role of CIO (Chief Information Officer). Wendy Pfeiffer for sure is not a CIO.

Fake CIO Wendy allowed or ordered Liam Frazier to literary destroy perfectly working cluster that was used for running distcc jobs? That cluster was created by rs2233 saving Nutanix hundreds of thousands of dollars according to engineer James Sodini. He and other software developers used that cluster for the most part. Instead of destroying that computer hardware during data center moves, rs2233 proposed to sell the set of 99 servers from that cluster to employees for $50 to $100 a piece and donate the proceeds to some charitable organization. rs2233 for sure would buy one or two to replace 2 Supermicro servers that were given to him by good manager at Maxim Integrated for his hard work years earlier.
rs2233 conclusion: Wendy, you are a fake CIO that is not fit for that position in Nutanix or any other company for that matter.

2019-03-13 Two punks: Tom Fleniken and Scott Crowley insulted rs2233. Tom rudely interfered when rs2233 was talking to coworker Abi about a ticket he was working on. Tom also complained about low level morse code sound that rs2233 used in his bash script to indicate inventory collection cycle status without a need to look at the computer monitor. That’s most likely first in IT.
It’s worth noting here that David Ta opened a ServiceNow ticket in January 2018 requesting root passwords change on all servers in the data centers. The ticket was assigned to Tom and was still open on March 18, 2019. That’s over a year old ticket! This turned out to be a big problem during servers moves between the data centers from January to March 2019. rs2233 had to “break into more than few servers to prepare them for data center move. How is that equal treatment for Nutanix employees?
Scott joined Tom with yelling his stupid remarks about Ramadan for no reason. This spoiled American punk has no idea what he was yelling about. He has no idea about life under communist regime that rs2233 experienced from his early age when basic necessities were hard to find if at all. Minutes after that incident Scott put headphones on his head and turned on jihadi noise from ME most likely. The noise was so loud that profanity was recognizable 3m (10 ft for illiterates) away! Scotts bullying started at 15:01 and continued until the end of that work day. That noise did not bother Tom.
2019-03-18 management and HR lied to rs2233;
5 days after two punks insulted rs2233, management and HR expelled him from office: “go work remotely from home for the rest of the week!” No reason was given.
2 hours after he went home they lied to him again. This time it was Arturo from HR over the phone: “continue working from home for the rest of the week! Don’t worry, you’ll get paid for your time.” No explanation why.
moments later they disabled rs2233 Okta account practically preventing any access to the Nutanix networks; email, VPN to data centers, Slack channels, personal records, etc.
for weeks they inflicted pain on him: no work, sleepless nights, nightmares, headaches. Nobody bothered to call rs2233 and ask about his well being or give him an update on anything. Management made a decision to terminate his position weeks before they told him about it. That’s bordering mental torture or inflicting trauma on hard working person.
